*Terms and conditions

1. Collect receipts from purchases at stores in Siam Discovery (a maximum of 2 receipts can be combined per 1 redemption) to redeem gifts on the same day only at the Information Counter, G Floor, Siam Discovery.
2. Receipts already used to redeem this promotion cannot be used to redeem other mall promotions.
3. E-CASH COUPON can be used to purchase products or dine at participating stores and restaurants in Siam Center and Siam Discovery, subject to the conditions.
4. 1 E-CASH COUPON can be used for 1 purchase or dining receipt only.
5. E-CASH COUPON is valid until 15 Nov 2026 only.
6. E-CASH COUPON cannot be changed and/or exchanged for cash and/or other gifts.
7. The company reserves the right to change gifts/benefits and conditions without prior notice. In case of dispute, the company's decision shall be final.
8. If the receipt owner (as named on the receipt) wishes to appoint another person to act on their behalf, or wishes to transfer the right to another person, the representative or assignee must present a copy of the receipt owner’s ID card signed by the receipt owner, together with a clearly stated authorization message granting such right, to the staff at the Information Counter. (A representative may act on behalf of no more than 2 rights/person/day only.)
9. Not eligible for participation: tax invoices/receipts issued in a company name, tax invoices/receipts without a receipt number, electronic tax invoices/receipts, copied receipts, splitting 1 item purchase into more than 1 receipt, receipts showing a time before the shopping center opens, combining receipts from stores across shopping centers, purchases of gift vouchers or prepaid cards from stores, receipts from online purchases of products and services, purchases on ONESIAM SUPERAPP, including receipts indicating payment via food delivery platforms, receipts with partial or full payment by CREDIT NOTE / ACCOUNT CREDIT /PAYMENT ON CREDIT / STORE CREDIT, advance payment for goods, partial or full payment resulting from product exchange or return, booking receipts, incomplete payment and deposit payment for all types of products (DEPOSIT PAYMENT), purchases for trade / wholesale / commercial resale, utility payments or investment purchases such as water bills, electricity bills, mobile phone bills, investment units, life insurance premiums, purchases of phone top-up cards, and currency exchange (EXCHANGE).
10. Not eligible for participation: copied receipts, purchasing 1 item and splitting the receipt into more than 1 receipt.
11. The right to redeem E-CASH COUPON is reserved only for those who present complete documents, including receipts meeting the conditions from participating stores, the redeemer’s ID card, credit card, and credit card sales slip (if payment was made by credit card).
12. The right is reserved for customers who redeem in person only. If unable to redeem in person, a power of attorney must be prepared solely for gift redemption. The authorized representative may receive authorization for no more than 2 rights/person/day only.
13. Limited to 1 person queueing to redeem 1 right at a time only. Gifts are reserved for those whose receipts meet the specified conditions until all rights are fully claimed.
14. For handwritten receipts, the customer’s name must be clearly stated, and the shopping center reserves the right to make and keep a photocopy.
15. 15. The shopping center is not responsible for errors resulting from communication by employees of tenant stores.
16. Store owners and employees of tenant stores who purchase products from their own stores are not eligible to participate in sales promotion programs. The right is reserved to reclaim gifts or cancel gift redemption in all cases if it is found that the specified conditions have been violated.
17. If it is found that the person redeeming the right is not the owner of the receipt used for redemption or not the actual purchaser, the shopping center reserves the right to cancel the granting of such gift.
18. Gifts cannot be changed and/or exchanged for cash and/or other gifts.
19. The right is reserved that anyone who has redeemed a gift from this promotion cannot request to change the gift under any circumstances.
