FLAVOR LAB GIFT CARD Terms and Conditions:
1. The FLAVOR LAB GIFT CARD is valid until 31 July 2024.
2. The value of the card is indicated on the card, with denominations of 9,000 Baht (nine thousand Baht) and 1,000 Baht (one thousand Baht) each.
3. This card can be used as a cash substitute to pay for meals at participating restaurants within Siam Discovery Shopping Center only.
4. The FLAVOR LAB GIFT CARD cannot be exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash.
5. The shopping center reserves the right to change the card design, subject to the center's policies.
6. The card is usable only after registration and activation. Card activation must be requested on the day of purchase at the REDEMPTION COUNTER in Siam Discovery.
7. Card balance inquiries can be made at card sales counters or at establishments that accept payment with the FLAVOR LAB GIFT CARD.
8. The company will protect the card's funds once the card has been registered and activated. In the event of card damage or loss, the cardholder (registered name) can request a new card by personally contacting the card sales counter. There is a fee for issuing a new card, which is 100 Baht (one hundred Baht) or any other rate determined by the company in the future. The company will issue a new card within 14 business days.

2. 礼品卡价值显示在卡上。 礼品卡价值分别为 9,000 泰铢和 1,000 泰铢。
3. 该卡可以代替现金使用，仅限在暹罗探索购物中心参与活动的餐厅支付餐费使用。
4. FLAVOR LAB 礼品卡不能兑换，找零或退补成现金。
5. 购物中心保留更改卡面图的权利，以购物中心规定为准。
6. 该卡必须注册激活后才能使用，可以在购买当天请求激活该卡 // 在暹罗探索的兑换柜台领取该卡。
7. 查看卡内余额，可以在售卡柜台或可以使用 FLAVOR  LAB 礼品卡付款的商店查看。
8. 该卡注册激活后，本公司将保障卡内金额。若该卡注册激活后，发生损坏或丢失，持卡人（按照注册姓名）可以申请办新卡，必须由本人亲自到售卡柜台办理，办新卡需支付 100 泰铢手续费或公司之后规定的其他费用，公司将在14个工作日内发新卡。
