*SIAM GIFT CARD Redemption Terms and Conditions
• Sales slips can be collected from any participating stores, with T&C applied. Registration and redemption of SIAM GIFT CARD must be completed on the same day, at the REDEMPTION Counter, G Floor, Siam Discovery.
• Get SIAM GIFT CARD worth 300THB, for spending 600THB or more/ slip/ SIAM GIFT CARD at any of SIAM GIFT CARD participating stores in Siam Discovery only. Please check T&C upon details on each card. (Cards expire on 31JAN’22)
• 1 of SIAM GIFT CARD is subject to use for any purchase with 1 sales slip ONLY.
• SIAM GIFT CARD is valid until January 31, 2023, ONLY.
• Limit to 1 privilege/ person/ day, 200 privileges throughout the promotional period
• Reserved for foreign customers only. A passport or copy of passport must be presented. For redemption, the customer must show up in person at the REDEMPTION counter, G Floor, Siam Discovery.
• Sales slips can be redeemed one time only and cannot be applied to other promotions of the shopping center.
• Any of the following conditions do not apply to the promotion: copy of sales slip, purchase of one item with splitting invoices, gift vouchers or pre-paid card, sales slip from any purchase of product or services via online channels, Credit Note / Account Credit /Payment on Credit / Store Credit, Advance Payment, and Refund Payment, Booking Payment, Deposit Payment, or any retail purchase for wholesale/ resell.
• All rights reserved for customers with complete documents, including sales slip with T&C applied at participating stores, passport or copy of the passport of redeemer, credit card, credit card slip (in case of payment via credit card)
• Limit to 1 queue person for1 privilege. All right reserved for redemption to the person with complete documents, until privileges last.
• In the case of a written sales slip, the customer’s name must be mentioned clearly. The shopping mall reserves all right to take photocopies as reference.
• The shopping mall will not be responsible for any mistakes caused by the communication of retail store employees.
• In case the store owners, store employees in the shopping mall, and corporate employees of any stores make any purchase at their stores or stores in the same group, the condition does not apply to any promotional campaigns. Reserve all rights to cancel the top-up and redemption. Reserve all rights to restore and suspend the top-up or reward in all cases, if any suspicious issues are found.
• In case the customer returns the reward after the redemption, the shopping mall reserves all right to restore or suspend the reward without prior notice.
• In case the redeemer is not the owner of the sales slip, nor the buyer of the product, the shopping mall reserves all rights to cancel the redemption.
• The rewards are not alterable and/ or exchangeable into cash and/ or any other rewards. Limited quantity. The expiry date is not extendable. 
• Conditions of promotional campaigns are based on the shopping mall, please recheck further information at the REDEMPTION counter, G Floor, Siam Discovery.
• The Company reserves all rights to alter the rewards/ privileges and conditions without prior notice. In case of any disputes, the Company’s decisions are FINAL.

• 暹罗礼品卡价值300泰铢，仅限于在暹罗探索SIAM DISCOVERY的指定商家消费满600泰铢/每张小票/每张暹罗礼品卡时使用 （使用期限至 31/1/2023）
• 1张暹罗礼品卡仅适用于1张小票
• 暹罗礼品卡使用期限至 31/1/2023
• 仅限1个名额/每位/每天，活动全程仅限200个名额
• 仅限外国顾客，请到暹罗探索SIAM DISCOVERY G楼服务台出示护照原件或复印件，仅限本人兑换。
• 已在本活动中使用过的小票，不得再用于购物中心的其他优惠活动。
• 以下情况不可参与优惠活动：小票复印件，购买1件商品但分为多张小票，礼品券，充值卡，线上消费小票、通过Credit Note / Account Credit /Payment on Credit / Store Credit支付的小票，预售商品小票，退换货的小票，各种订金（DEPOSIT PAYMENT）小票，以再次售卖为目的的消费小票。
• 仅限出示齐全文件的顾客兑换礼品卡：在参与活动商家按规定购物的小票，兑换人护照原件或复印件，信用卡和信用卡付款凭证（仅限用信用卡支付的情况）
• 每位顾客仅有1次兑换机会，仅向符合条件的顾客兑换礼品卡，兑完为止。
• 若为手写小票，请清楚注明顾客姓名，购物中心不接受凭小票照片兑换。
• 若因商家与顾客沟通导致的误解，购物中心概不负责。
• 商家所有者，店员，公司员工在其所属公司的商店购物，不得参与此次优惠活动。若发现违规，此次活动有权取消小票累积金额或取消兑换权，以及以任何形式要求退还礼品卡。
• 若顾客在兑换礼品卡后退货，购物中心有权要求退还礼品卡且无需事先告知。
• 若发现兑换人并非小票所有人或真实购买人，购物中心有权取消兑换上述礼品卡。
• 所获得的礼品卡不可更换或兑换为现金/其它礼品，数量有限且不可延长有效期。

• 公司有权变更奖品或权益，且无需事先告知。若有争议，则以公司决议为准。
