Other Conditions
1. The documents for redemption are your receipts from the participating stores, ID card/ passport, credit card, credit card sales slips (when using credit card).
2. Exclusion from the campaign: 1-item purchase with more than 1 receipt; voucher or top-up card purchase, reservation without deposit or with refundable deposit; business/ resale purchase; facility payment or investment, e.g. investment unit, life insurance, water bill, electricity, and mobile phone; mobile phone top-up card; money exchange. The right is reserved for those who meet Terms and Conditions first or until the rewards are all redeemed.
3. For gadget and IT shops receipt, customer have to have the same name on issued receipts and ID card, If not The company has the right to deny redemption.
4. The right is reserved only to the customers redeeming by themselves or submit the power of attorney to redeem, limit redemption staffs has 2 rights to receive the power of attorney/person/day
5. Customer can redeem 1 time/day, the company has the right to offer to customer who complete all terms and condition first.
6. When a receipt is hand written, please state the customer’s name clearly. The company reserves the right to make and keep its copy.
7. The employees or owners of the stores cannot participate when making a purchase at their own stores. Redemption shall be revoked if the receipts do not apply with Terms and Conditions.
8. The company is not responsible for a mistake made by the store employees’ communication.
9. If the customer returns a purchased item after redemption, the shopping center reserves the right to recall or revoke the redeemed rewards without prior notice.
10. The company reserves the right to change the rewards, privileges, Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
11. The receipts used for this campaign shall not be eligible for other promotions of the shopping center.

1. 换取时所需的材料是：参与活动商家的小票+身份证和信用卡+信用卡小票（若用信用卡支付）
2. 以下情况不可参加活动：小票副件、购买一件商品但分为多张小票，百丽宫百货商场（Paragon Department Store）及其中商铺的购物小票、Gourmet购物小票、Food Court小票、Food Hall小票、购买各种充值卡、各种形式的预售（提前付款）、转售、公共服务缴费或投资，如：保险、水电费、电话费等等，电话充值卡、兑换货币。
3. IT商家和手机商家须注明顾客姓名且与购买者身份证姓名一致，若小票上的姓名与购买者身份证姓名不一致或为公司购买发票，则不可参加活动。
4. 若不能亲自到场换取，则须出示委托书。每位店员每天仅可接受2份授权书。
5. 每位顾客仅可排队换取1次，保留向持有符合规则的小票的顾客派发礼品的权利，发完为止。
6. 如果发现换取人存在欺诈行为，则取消活动中的上述权益。
7. 店员和商家在自家店铺的消费小票不得参与促销活动，若发现所出示小票不符合规则，有权要求退还或取消奖品。
8. 购物中心不对因店员沟通有误造成的失误负责。
9. 若顾客换取奖品后退货，公司有权要求退还奖品且无需事先告知。
10. 如果发现兑换人存在欺诈行为，则取消活动中的上述权益。
11. 公司有权变更活动规则/权益且无需事先告知。
